Taylor Property Plus is a fast-growing and market-leading property management company, managing a diverse range of investment properties in the greater Wellington area, from standalone homes to large apartment blocks and exclusive properties.As a company, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture. We are a positive and hard-working team that works together for a better outcome for all stakeholders.In this role, you will be self-managing while working within a team environment. You will be the face of our office to all clients and provide administrative assistance across the team. You will be based in our Thorndon Quay office, working alongside Property Managers, Administrators, and Company Directors. This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.To be successful in this role, you will:Have a 'can do' attitude.Possess strong interpersonal and business communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.Exhibit a high level of organisation and attention to detail.Demonstrate competence with office management software.Be professional, innovative, and confident, especially in a business environment.Have a strong client and commercial focus.Hold a full, clean New Zealand driver's license to be able to drive company vehicles.Your application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have in an Administration Role?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
