Wolfbrook Residential is seeking a Property Acquisitions Specialist to join our team and play a key role in our ongoing expansion.
Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and acquire residential properties or land on behalf of Wolfbrook Residential.
Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, landowners, and other stakeholders to source prime opportunities.
Conduct thorough due diligence, including market analysis.
Negotiate terms and close property deals that align with company goals and financial strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure acquisitions meet the company's development objectives.
Key Skills & Experience: Strong ability to hunt for deals and proactively identify investment opportunities.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Experience in property acquisition, real estate, or related fields.
A solid understanding of property markets, land development, and investment strategies.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
