We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic Promotions and Integration Manager to play a key role in creating and executing promotional campaigns and events, both on-air and onsite, for our radio brands and clients.
No two days are ever the same in our highly creative, driven, and passionate team.
This role can be based either at our Rotorua or Taupo offices, but please note that time will need to be spent at both locations.
This arrangement provides flexibility while ensuring you have the opportunity to work with both teams, supported by a Promotions Coordinator.
About the Role: Reporting to the General Manager, you will assist with managing and implementing a variety of projects, including events, on-air promotions, client campaigns, brand activations, partnerships, network-wide tactics, and social media promotions.

You Will: Create promotions strategies and seek promotional opportunities.
Support the General Manager and Account Managers with the building and maintaining of relationships between MediaWorks and key local partnerships.
Coordinate our team of promotions casuals.
Contribute ideas through brainstorming, creating fresh and innovative ideas for our clients & Brands.
Write and present detailed promotional proposals to a high standard.
Coordinate the creation and delivery of all promotional trailers and on-air components.
Provide promotional support to the sales team.
About You: You will be someone eager to expand your experience in the radio industry or someone looking to enter the world of media.
This role is varied, so being organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
While media experience is not essential, we encourage applicants with a background in events or activations to apply.
