Job Overview: VAST Digital Billboards is looking for a Project & Operations Coordinator to support our fast-growing digital billboard operations. In this role, you'll coordinate the launch of new sites, manage campaign bookings, and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your proactive approach, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will be essential as you track campaign performance, liaise with the sales team, and maintain site health. Prior experience in digital media is a plus, but a strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are what we value most.
At VAST, we pride ourselves on a young, fun, and collaborative culture where every voice matters. If you enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and are excited to contribute to our ambitious growth, this role offers the perfect opportunity to make an impact while growing alongside us.
Key Responsibilities: New Site Launches & Website Maintenance: Coordinate the launch of new digital billboard sites, ensuring smooth integration into our network and keeping the website updated.
Proof of Postings: Manage and track proofs of posting, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of campaign delivery to clients.
Generating Seedooh Reports: Generate Seedooh reports for Performance Analysis (PA), ensuring campaign performance is transparent and measurable.
Campaign Bookings: Support campaign booking processes, ensuring campaigns are accurately and promptly scheduled.
Sales Support: Provide assistance to the sales team, helping with sales materials, campaign status updates, and any operational needs.
Artwork & Creative Management: Monitor artwork delivery deadlines, upload creative assets for campaigns, and ensure timely delivery and approval.
Site Management & Maintenance: Oversee site health, including configuration and performance monitoring, ensuring sites are functional and optimised.
System Integration: Upload new sites to systems like Vista, Hivestack, and Broadsign, and ensure they are properly configured and maintained.
Filler Management: Manage filler content for digital billboards to maximize display opportunities when paid content is unavailable.
Campaign Performance Monitoring: Regularly track and monitor Seedooh and campaign performance data, troubleshooting and optimizing where needed.
Key Behavioral Attributes: Attention to Detail: You are meticulous in your work, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Proactive Problem Solver: You anticipate issues before they arise and take initiative to address them head-on.
Strong Sense of Urgency: You understand the importance of deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptable & Flexible: You are comfortable in a dynamic work environment and can pivot when priorities change.
Effective Communicator: You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Team-Oriented: You enjoy working collaboratively and supporting your colleagues.
Resilient & Diligent: You don't shy away from challenges or high-pressure situations.
Curiosity & Willingness to Learn: You're always looking to improve and gain new skills.
Qualifications: While previous experience in digital media or billboard operations is a plus, the most important qualifications for this role are your attitude and behaviors.
Ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and processes.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
An eagerness to dive in, ask questions, and drive outcomes.
Mandatory requirements: Have full rights to work in New Zealand and currently reside here.
Current full New Zealand drivers' licence.
If this role sounds like you, please send a brief cover letter stating why you think you are the right person for the role and your CV in the first instance to ****** or feel free to call me on 027 9210792 for a confidential conversation to discuss this opportunity!
