Get to know us and join our team as Project & Technical Business Development Manager The Project & Technical Business Development Manager combines leadership in project management with deep technical expertise to deliver end-to-end OR1 solutions for clients.
This hybrid role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle—from planning to execution—while providing expert technical guidance.
Additionally, the role supports the marketing and selling of the company's OR1 portfolio by providing technical expertise and insights during pre-sales and promotional activities.
The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while working closely with clients to identify needs, design tailored solutions, and oversee their implementation.
Responsibilities Project Management: Plan, execute, and complete multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and project scope.
Develop project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and manage changes to project scope as needed.
Identify potential risks and implement strategies to prevent or resolve them effectively.
Technical Consulting: Analyze client needs and technical requirements, offering customized clinical and IT solutions and strategies that align with business objectives.
Design, implement, and oversee technical solutions, ensuring systems function as intended and deliver value to the client.
Provide hands-on guidance and support during system implementations, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.
Collaborate with clients to provide training and detailed documentation for technical solutions.
Support for Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with the sales teams by providing technical insights and expertise to promote the company's product and service portfolio.
Participate in pre-sales activities, including client presentations and product demonstrations, to highlight the technical value and functionality of solutions.
Assist in the creation of technical content for marketing materials.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project, ensuring clear communication and understanding of both project goals and technical solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with both project outcomes and technical services.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution and successful technical delivery.
Act as a bridge between the technical and business aspects of projects, ensuring both perspectives are aligned.
