The Opportunity This role will see you utilising and expanding your client relationship networks to support the growth and delivery of Inovo Specialist Project Services capabilities in the Auckland region.
As a key leadership position within the National Project Services team, you will be working alongside our senior leadership and be supported by our highly experienced team of Project Planners, Project Controls Professionals, and Project Managers.
The role involves business development, client-facing activities, strategic planning, growing a team and expanding the work pipeline.
As such, you should possess strong inter-personal and leadership skills.
Along with business development, it is expected you will be working in a leadership position advising and working on projects across the Auckland region from inception through to delivery, utilising your local knowledge, strong technical, and leadership capabilities to develop customised solutions for our clients with our highly skilled team of professionals.
You will have: A minimum of 10 years' relevant consulting experience in New Zealand Proven track record of developing new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients A strong understanding of the Auckland market and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities An established network of connections in local government and the private sector Solid commercial, project management and business development experience Proven management and leadership skills and a collegial, team-player attitude Creative thinking to develop innovative solutions and provide high quality advice for our clients.
