The focus of Transport Services is to provide, improve and maintain an integrated land transport system to effectively enable people-centred, technology-enabled, system-focused transport services, in partnership with other system providers.
The Project Services Team is responsible for the management and ongoing development of project management practice and resources within Te Toki | Transport Services. It is accountable for building the enduring project management capability and driving delivery improvements that make it a sector leader in delivery excellence.
As a Project Manager, you will be leading or contributing to the delivery of a variety of large-scale or small capital transport projects. You'll collaborate and engage across NZTA Waka Kotahi, Iwi, local authorities, and a variety of stakeholders and development partners ensuring that projects are managed effectively and delivering optimal outcomes.

These roles are regionally based and to be considered you MUST be located in that city/region or be willing to relocate. You'll be visiting the sites you are managing. You'll bring an understanding of technical design, delivery, and contract experience, but what's most important to us is how you work with people - our team, our customers, and our stakeholders.
