You will join an established multi-disciplinary team and have the technical support of our extensive design resources based in New Zealand and across the world. You will be applying your treatment plant delivery experience, working alongside senior and up & coming specialists around the country to deliver sustainable and commercially viable engineering solutions for our clients across New Zealand.Working with the team, you will develop proposals for national clients as well as developing business locally.You will have proven experience successfully delivering complex projects, working within high performing teams and contributing to the financial success of a business.Excellent leadership, organisational, problem solving, outcome focused, and time management skills are a given, along with a high level of financial competency with the ability to manage financial and schedule performance. Previous profit and loss management is desirable.Your ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing demands and multi-task to ensure deadlines are achieved are essential.Fostering team performance and being an effective and efficient communicator will also be essential to your success in this role.About YouYou will be an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering water and/or wastewater treatment plant projects, working collaboratively with clients and colleagues.You'll be a strong leader, a confident communicator, with 10 or more years' experience, able to develop strong internal and external client relationships, carry out all aspects of project delivery, including client and stakeholder consultation and negotiation when required.Your own self-management skills will be as important as your project delivery ones.
