The Role As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple high-impact projects, ensuring seamless delivery for clients across industry sectors like Retail, Trade, Fuel, Fashion, Finance, and Automotive.
Leading stand-alone and multisite projects across New Zealand.
Managing end-to-end project services, from initial scoping to final handover.
Being the key communicator between multiple stakeholders across the client's business, property teams and contractors.
Collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders to meet and exceed client expectations.
Supervising project coordinators and team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Delivering on daily progress KPI's and documentation.
Reporting and analyzing project performance, focusing on time, budget, scope, and risk.
About You You're an experienced Project Manager who thrives on delivering exceptional results.
To be successful here you have: At least 3 years of project management experience in signage, fit-out, commercial interior construction, POS, display, or retail construction.
Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, spatial design, and interior retail design.
Proven ability to manage project teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders and contractors.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a knack for using initiative, thinking outside the box, and ensuring seamless execution on-time and on-budget.
Impeccable attention to detail, paired with solid analytical and reporting abilities.
A tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
