*** Full-time role based in Melbourne ***Our client, a leading construction and infrastructure development company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Civil & Infrastructure Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Melbourne.
With a strong focus on delivering high-quality projects across a diverse range of sectors, including data centres, electrical infrastructure, and renewable energy, they offer an exciting opportunity for career growth and professional development.Responsibilities:Manage and oversee civil and infrastructure projects from inception to completion.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Overall commercial management of the project.Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure smooth project execution.Implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress and performance against established benchmarks.Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Manage contract administration and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.Prepare regular project reports and updates for management and clients.Requirements:Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering or infrastructure projects.Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and manage project teams effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels.Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, practices, and techniques.5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on civil construction works.Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ranging in size from $25,000 to $25 million.Experience in contract management, including negotiation, administration, and dispute resolution.Technical proficiency to engage effectively with clients and resolve technical issues.Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.Willingness to travel/work on projects all over Victoria.Benefits:Competitive base salary of $160,000 - $200,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.Full-time role based in Melbourne.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.Exposure to diverse and challenging projects in the civil and infrastructure sectors.Supportive work environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.How to Apply:In the first instance, please click 'Apply Now' via this advert with a customised and updated CV to show your relevant skills/experience for this role.
