Compliance & Risk (Banking & Financial Services) Full time As the Project Manager, your responsibilities include collaborating with various stakeholders throughout the bank to assist in achieving the goals of the Risk and Compliance Optimisation Program (RCOP).
This role encompasses overseeing change initiatives, managing reports and plans, and organising both internal and external events as necessary.
Additionally, you will be in charge of supervising the setup and integration of a Risk Management System.
Responsible for the creation, development and maintenance of project plans and other applicable documentation, including supporting with the administration of meetings, working with leads to ensure submissions are delivered on time and meet quality requirements.
This position is flexible across Auckland, Taranaki and Wellington locations.
Your areas of responsibility are: Support with managing change, resource, planning, and estimating Using the appropriate tools, track project objectives, progress, and expenses to ensure that it stays within the allocated budget and meets business needs Determine solutions within TSB's risk and accountability frameworks by identifying and actively managing risks, decisions, and issues while maintaining a balance with customer experience Serve as a vital liaison between vendors, project teams, and important stakeholders to guarantee that all governance and reporting requirements are fulfilled and that reports are combined and distributed as needed.
Take the lead in implementing the delivery change and incorporation of the enterprise Risk Management System, guaranteeing efficient management of important dependencies The experience you would bring to the role: Between 3-5 years' experience managing a range of projects through to delivery, within a corporate environment Demonstrated knowledge of business risk management practices Prior experience in leading system delivery change Effective communication, influencing and negotiation skills, with proven success in delivering first class outcomes while working across complex stakeholder groups Demonstrated critical thinking capability, and attention to detail Strong change delivery and planning skills, with a sound understanding of change management What's in it for me?
