This is a 6-12 month Fixed Term Contract to cover parental leave.
Our Platform Enablement Team Project Managers migrate our clients to our platform offerings, quickly and on time, coordinating, facilitating, and directing multiple teams, including delivery teams in Auckland HQ, and other, global teams interacting with the client directly.
Using a consistent set of standard project methodologies across the business, with a focus on shareability, reusability, and constant improvement, you'll create business efficiency, reduce project turnaround times, and use your proven PM skills to create exceptional client experiences.
About the role Act as the key point of contact for all internal stakeholders for the duration of a project, facilitating and managing the entire project life cycle, from inception to completion. This may include, but is not limited to, analyzing requirements, managing risks, tracking change control, and coordinating with the project team to successfully execute the project to success. Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects within the constraints of agreed contracts/budgets and available resources Build relationships with internal stakeholders, take responsibility, and set realistic expectations for objectives, requests, projects, and product enhancements to maintain client satisfaction with the project and the product Create and maintain detailed project plans and status update reports for large and small projects, providing clarity on task ownership and delivery timelines Prioritize requests and provide concise direction to the project delivery teams Serve as the liaison between the client facing and other project teams Monitor and track time spent on projects and helps to report on various KPIs, completion of tasks by due date, budgets, rework rates, actuals vs. expected, etc... About you Typically, five years' experience in a project management role delivering software projects Proven ability to generate exceptional client experiences and outcomes on the largest, most complex projects and initiatives Proven ability to own internal and external escalations and priorities with the team Advanced analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational and presentation skills Commitment to excellent customer service and dedication to creating great outcomes Ability to work on several tasks or projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing and following through to successful outcomes while managing deadlines Flexible, decisive, quick-thinking and able to handle difficult situations in a patient, calm, and effective way Strong knowledge of cinema operations and/or experience with Vista software would be highly beneficial We are currently only considering applicants with an existing right to work in NZ, without the need for employer sponsorship, for this position.
