Our diverse yet tightly knit team of over 2500 high-performing professionals operates across 50+ global offices, fostering a strong sense of teamwork and building long-term relationships with our customers.Our Project Managers' primary focus will be on driving commercial success by ensuring client satisfaction, building strong relationships, and delivering high-quality outcomes.You'll play a critical role in maximizing the value of our services for our clients and achieving OSF Digital's commercial objectives.Roles can be based in either Wellington or Auckland.Key ResponsibilitiesOwnership of the project, deliverables, and responsibility for ensuring items are completed, communicating directly with the client and internal stakeholders.Definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines, milestones, and resources.Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans, documenting all blockers, changes, and risks.Align OSF Digital's services with the client's business strategy and ensure our offerings meet their needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.About YouSignificant project delivery and stakeholder management experience within enterprise-level environments, specifically within Software/SAAS.
Salesforce experience would be highly regarded, but not essential.Adaptability to lead teams across large or concurrent smaller projects with different ways of working.Strong capability in managing financials/budgets and roadmaps.Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.Excited by variety and opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of projects, industries, and customers.Experience in leading and motivating teams, delegating tasks, and ensuring successful collaboration.As a Salesforce Platinum Partner, we offer cutting-edge projects with a global impact.
