We are focused on making decisions that are good for the future of our business, and our community, through the construction and management of sustainable, fit-for-purpose property developments that stand the test of time.About the Role:Positively representing our Tumu brand, you will proactively manage and coordinate all contractors and suppliers to ensure successful and efficient completion of civil and construction projects.The initial focus will be overseeing the next stage of The Orchards Lifestyle Village, Greytown along with progressing other developments in Wairarapa.Set and support project timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Manage site contract documentation ensuring commercially robust processes and records are maintained.Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.About you:Ideally you will have:A minimum of 5 years' proven experience in construction and / or civil engineering or similar, working across a range of commercial / industrial and residential sites.The ability to form effective working relationships with Contractors and clients.Proficiency with construction management software and record keeping.Cost management skills with the ability to problem solve to achieve estimates.Highly motivated, able to work independently, with an eye for detail.A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in all aspects of projects.What we offer:A competitive salary & benefits package including medical insurance and full use company vehicle.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and collaborative work environment.The chance to work on exciting and impactful projects.This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded and successful Hawke's Bay business.We look forward to hearing from you!
