This is a key role for our region, as you will manage and lead project delivery of Civil Construction projects ensuring the profitable, compliant and efficient delivery of the works.

We're looking for someone with: Minimum 5 years' experience in managing the delivery of projects over $2 million plus in the Civil Construction industryHolds relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor of Engineering) or equivalent practical experienceFull class 1 driver's licenceProven client building relationship and management experienceStrong financial management acumenSolid experience with job pricing including materials, labour and plant and associated margin / profit calculationsKnowledge of underlying engineering principles that represent good practice with NZ CivilFamiliar with NZS 3910, Construction Contracts Act, NEC Contracts, Working towards CCS training as Project Management toolCompetent users of Word, Excel and ProjectCreating, Connecting and caring for the community Our people regularly donate their time to local causes and initiatives, while at a regional and national level we provide financial support, skills and resources to a wide range of organisations that are strengthening our communities.
