Project Manager NGAPUHI IWI SOCIALSERVICES
This is a full time, fixed term role for 12 months, based in Kaikohe
He angitutanga: The opportunity We're seeking a talented, organised and collaborative Project Manager to join our team.
You'll be managing a mix of strategic and operational projects that contribute towards transformative outcomes for mokopuna and whanau.
Our current projects include the establishment of new support services for whanau and mokopuna; as well as developing our organisational capability so we can better serve our people.
We have relationships with mokopuna and whanau, hapu, hapori and across agencies that are critical to success in this space. Your role will be to nurture these relationships using your skills to listen, understand, articulate and deliver solutions that meet the need.
As Project Manager you'll be:
Working closely with diverse stakeholders Leading the delivery of projects, workstreams and initiativesEffectively communicating internally and externally to build awareness, gain meaningful insights and provide timely reportsHe korero mou: About you You're passionate about kaupapa-led mahi and have a track record of delivering successful projects.
You have experience with engaging and working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders including community, Maori and agencies.
You're curious, organised and a problem solver who is open to other people's ideas and whakaaro.
You feel comfortable with ambiguity and using your project management skills to ensure the delivery, planning, resource allocation and budgeting are on track.
