Your Impact: Our client is seeking a Project Manager with commercial construction experience to join their team. You'll oversee projects from inception to completion, and with a strong project pipeline, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to many exciting future projects.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead project financial planning and setup
Collaborate closely with other project and site managers to master construction methodologies
Oversee tender management
Manage subcontractor claims and administer variations
Finalize cost reporting and reconciliations
Prioritize health, safety, and environmental standards
Engage with clients and conduct site visits
