We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Scheduler to join our Solar EPC team based in Christchurch. In this role, you will work collaboratively with project teams to program the entire project schedule for the construction and development of BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) and Solar Farms.
Key Responsibilities: Develop the program of activities for BESS and Solar construction projects. Provide regular reporting and maintaining the projects critical path, proactively mitigating potential interruptions. Proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure resources/materials are ready and available while being aligned to the project schedule. Understand and manage the overall project flow, coordinating priorities and support the Project Manager to schedule labour, resources and equipment deliveries according to the schedule. Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering5+ years of experience in scheduling construction projectsPreference for experience scheduling large-scale solar utility projects Experience utilising project scheduling softwareExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to generate schedules and progress reportsProactive problem-solving skillsetExcellent multitasking skillsExperience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Why Join Us?
