This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise will lead high-value, complex projects across the country.What you'll do:Lead teams on high-impact projects, delivering results that go above and beyond client expectations.Own the project lifecycle—from planning and resource allocation to execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.Drive excellence in every aspect of project delivery, from quality to client satisfaction.Take charge of diverse and challenging projects including bridges, pipelines, pump stations, and civil infrastructure work.Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration.If you're passionate about delivering high-quality projects and driving innovation in civil construction, this is your chance to make a lasting impact.Do You Have What It Takes?A University degree, min. Bachelor's in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (essential)5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in civil construction, with a proven track record of delivering projects up to $10 million.Strong experience in managing civil concrete structures such as pump stations, bridges, and pipelines.Expertise in financial management—from cost reporting to contract management.A collaborative leader who fosters high-performing teams and builds strong stakeholder relationships.Proven ability to deliver high-quality projects through innovative solutions and smart decision-making.Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test.Current and valid rights to work in New Zealand.What we offerGrowth & Development: We invest in your professional development through training, development programmes, and professional accreditation.Celebration & Recognition: We celebrate milestones such as work anniversaries, birthdays, and new family arrivals with paid parental leave and extra time off for partners.
