The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Project Manager to join our team in Christchurch. You will undertake project management functions, promote cooperation and commitment within the team, use your relationship skills to maintain effective relationships with partners and stakeholders, and be responsible for ensuring all projects are closed appropriately and deliverables are effectively transferred to business as usual. You will ensure the efficient and effective procurement of goods and services for project execution.
About you – you will:
Have a tertiary engineering qualification and experience in project management
Be a skilled leader
Have business and financial acumen
Have proven ability to deliver projects on time, schedule and within client parameters
Perform project reviews and status updates on a regular basis, keeping all stakeholders informed
Have good knowledge in contract management
Be competent in Microsoft Suite
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Continually raise the bar, thinking and acting in the long term
