The Opportunity: As a Project Manager within the Canterbury region, you will be responsible for the management of the overall direction, co-ordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects.In addition to the above you will: Lead the projects team in the successful execution and delivery of construction projects.Manage and direct contract administration, understanding contractual requirements and expectations.Set performance expectations with Foremen/Supervisors and construction crews.
Monitor performance and address any issues.To be successful in this role, you will have:Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager delivering projects.Extensive knowledge in civil and other related industries.Relevant tertiary qualificationDemonstrated leadership capability with a strong focus on people, safety and qualityAbility to develop positive relationships with clients and internal/external teamsBe reliable and self-driven to ensure continued success in your roleYou will be a supportive and collaborative leader with a passion for developing and growing talent.
