About the Role:We're partnering with a range of reputable clients who are looking to bring in Project Managers for various roles in the construction, civil, and roading sectors. You'll be at the helm, leading projects from start to finish, making sure everything runs smoothly, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.What You'll Be Doing:Managing Projects: Oversee project delivery from planning through to completion, making sure things stay on track and within budget.Leading Teams: Coordinate and motivate teams, ensuring everyone knows their roles and works together to get the job done.Client & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, keeping them informed and ensuring their needs are met.Managing Risks & Issues: Identify potential roadblocks early on and take action to mitigate risks.Health & Safety: Keep a strong focus on health and safety, ensuring compliance with all regulations and industry standards.Reporting: Keep accurate records and ensure reporting is up to date for clients and senior management.What We're Looking For:Experience: You'll need at least 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally in construction, civil engineering, or roading.Relevant Qualifications: A degree or relevant qualification in construction management, civil engineering, or similar would be great.Strong Leadership: You know how to get the best out of a team, keep things on track, and deliver results under pressure.Communication Skills: You'll be liaising with clients, contractors, and teams, so being a clear communicator is a must.Problem-Solving: Projects don't always go to plan - you'll need to think on your feet and find solutions when things get tricky.Health & Safety Focus: You're well-versed in keeping things safe and ensuring compliance with the relevant laws.Why Work With Us?Variety of Projects: We work with some of the best companies in the region, so you'll get exposure to a wide range of projects.Competitive Pay: We offer salaries that reflect your experience and the value you bring.Growth & Development: There's always room to grow - we encourage learning and career progression.Great Work-Life Balance: Enjoy living and working in one of New Zealand's most beautiful regions, with access to great outdoor activities and a laid-back lifestyle.If you're ready to take the next step in your career and make a real impact, apply today!How to Apply:Send your CV and cover letter to Jake at ******.
