I'm currently working with a residential developer who are looking for a qualified builder with experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager to help deliver a 58 unit residential project in Rotorua.Key responsibilities will include:Management of contractors in all stages of construction including site set upEnsuring that all aspects of the construction process are carried out to a high standardWorking closely with onsite and office teams to ensure that the construction schedule and budget is adhered toRequirements for the role:Previous experience as a foreman/site managerQualified builderGreat communication skills with clients and contractorsProfessional and well-presentedSalary for this role is negotiable depending on experience.
