Project Manager

Based in Auckland city fringe, this professional, commercial construction company has had a constant flow of projects up to $30million in value. They have an impressive client list and projects include: Education, Food and Beverage, Service stations, Industrial, warehouses, etc.Having won a new $30mil project, they need a strong Project Manager to come on board and deliver the project to the highest possible specifications.Your duties will include but not be limited to;Ensuring the project is delivered in a timely mannerA high level of programmingQuality managementOverseeing the site based teamSetting and maintaining an efficient strategyLiaising with clients and consultantsDeveloping and building relationshipsMaintaining the highest standards of safetyA trade background for this role is preferred as is a high level of construction management experience in the NZ Construction market.
