Project Manager

The project is a $30m New Build Commercial healthcare related project in central Auckland. The construction programme has already been drawn up; however, the new incoming PM can review and amend if required.Applicants must have a solid background in Project Management of construction projects over $20m in New Zealand, coupled with strong tenures of employment. At least 4-5 years of experience in a PM position is essential. The delivery PM will be overseeing the project and site team, made up of Project and Site Engineers, the QS, and Site Manager.Essential skills and experience required:4-5 years Construction Project Management experience gained in New Zealand with a main contractorTrack record of delivering projects over $20mM&E services programming, co-ordination, and installationClient relationship managementAny healthcare experience (Hospitals, Clinics, Laboratories, etc.) will be highly beneficial due to the amount of M&E services going into the building. Alternatively, any manufacturing, processing, or industrial experience is also helpful.
