We have a diverse customer base, perform a wide range of build-types, and operate throughout Northland, Auckland and the Waikato. The Role: We are looking for an accomplished Project Manager or an experienced Senior Site Supervisor who is willing to take on Site Management duties when required, to oversee our projects in Auckland and surrounding areas. In this role, you will ensure exceptional outcomes for our clients while driving our ambition to become the market leader in our field. Responsibilities include: Engaging in project pre-construction activities, including buildability assessments and programming.Managing all aspects of project establishment and setup.Overseeing programme management.Ensuring all quality-related project deliverables are met.Exceeding project and client health & safety requirements.Maintaining ongoing awareness of cost management issues and opportunities.Leading and managing the project team.Performing site management duties as needed to ensure project success. The Person: We are looking for a confident individual with a proven track record of delivering construction projects safely, on time, and within budget, while exceeding client expectations. You will be an accomplished manager or supervisor with experience juggling multiple projects and clients simultaneously. Skills and Attributes: The ideal candidate will possess the skills typically required for this role but will stand out due to strong teamwork skills, and exceptional self awareness. Additionally, you should be adept at working effectively with a diverse range of contractors and have strong problem solving abilities in commercial environments. Other Information Experience and knowledge of the New Zealand construction industry are essential for this position. You will report to the Operations Manager and be supported by a full team including designers, quantity surveyors, procurement specialists, health & safety experts, and quality assurance professionals. A-Line has offices and off-site manufacturing facilities in Whangarei and Auckland. This position is Auckland based, with potential travel outside the region depending on project needs, so some flexibility will be required.
