We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Operations team, this is an essential role working closely with all areas of the business.
You will be establishing close relationships with new and existing clients by providing an excellent Project Management experience and representing the Troake brand with constant support from a diverse and highly skilled Operations team.
Key Responsibilities: Managing allocated projects from start to finish covering all of Troake's interior tradesManaging client relationships, expectations and deadlines ensuring delivery is to the desired outcome Completing quality assurance checks and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard Taking responsibility for all Health and Safety requirements on site internally and externally Ordering, procuring and facilitating of all necessary materials and products Managing trade employees and subcontractors throughout the duration of the project Working closely with our pricing and QS team to track job financial performance and budgets In return, the company offers competitive salary, a variety of both commercial and residential projects and potential career progression.
