We specialize in delivering high-quality services to clients, particularly in the water sector, and are dedicated to enhancing the communities we serve About the Role They are looking for a skilled Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager to join their team, focusing on directional drilling projects for Watercare and Auckland Council.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex projects and a proven track record in the water industry Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of directional drilling projects, from planning and execution to completion.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, with a focus on quality and safety.
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
About You Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Desirable) Minimum 5 years of work experience in civil engineering, preferably in a project engineer or project manager role.
Significant experience as a Project Manager in directional drilling, particularly for Watercare and/or Auckland Council projects.
Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
Relevant qualifications in Project Management or related fields (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred Benefits Competitive salary range of $120K - $140K, based on experience.
