Your new role: Reporting to the Senior Project Manager this role will see you collaborate with a variety of customers and stakeholders, on a daily basis this role will see you: Manage contracts and maintain budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
Oversee variation claims, disputes, and cost forecasts.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks proactively.
Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and authorities.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance across all site activities.
Lead site inspections, installations, and quality control processes.
About you: Renowned for your first-class communication skills this will be completed by your proven abilities to prioritise conflicting priorities and ability to problem solve on the fly.
We are interested in hearing from applicants with: Qualifications in Construction, Engineering, Project Management, or similar.
Proven experience managing construction projects of varying sizes.
Strong HSE knowledge, contract administration, and commercial acumen.
Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
Ability to multi-task, manage client relationships, and deliver exceptional service.
