The role will include but not be limited to:Ensuring the project is delivered in a timely mannerA high level of programming and planningLiaising with clients and consultantsOverseeing a site-based teamClient managementMaintaining the highest standards of safetySkills & Experience The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in a Project Management role in the NZ market.
A proven track record of delivering Commercial construction projects up to $30mil is essential.
Our preference is a candidate with a Carpentry qualification.
