Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with strong application management expertise, particularly in overseeing application stacks and optimising their efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing and managing projects using Plain View PPM Tool and other relevant tools to streamline application usage across businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing and advising on end-to-end project delivery lifecycle for application integration and optimisation projects.
Conduct thorough reviews of application stacks across the organisation to identify overlaps and redundancies.
Develop strategies to integrate and consolidate applications to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align application strategies with organisational goals.
Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with application integration and optimisation projects.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency in application usage across the organisation.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience 8 years plus as a Project Manager, specifically in application management and integration.
Hands-on experience with Plain View PPM Tool and other similar project portfolio management tools.
Strong understanding of application architecture, including cloud-based and on-premise solutions.
Experience in reviewing application stacks to identify opportunities for integration and efficiency improvements.
Experience in managing end-to-end project delivery lifecycle for application integration and optimisation projects.
Experience with project teams in implementing application integration initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
Work Arrangement: Requires one to be onsite with some flexibility to work from home.
Duration: 2 months, to start in November 2024.
