Our client is looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in delivering healthcare projects in New Zealand.
You will join a market-leading commercial main contractor who is looking for seasoned and established Project Managers to join their team to work on a range of healthcare, commercial, education, and government projects. They have operated in the Christchurch market for a number of years and pride themselves on a low turnover of staff and excellent company culture.
They have an excellent pipeline of projects moving forward and are now looking for an experienced commercial Project Manager who is looking for their next challenge.

The successful candidate will have the following:
Experience delivering healthcare projects in New Zealand essential
Experience running multiple projects - strong 3910 contractual acumen, programming knowledge
Ideally minimum 5 years' experience working as a Project Manager in commercial construction in New Zealand
Involvement in design coordination, procurement, and working closely with the commercial team
Excellent communication and organization skills with internal team, clients, and consultants
Experience in coordinating commercial teams, as well as subcontractors and labor on site
Comfortable dealing with subcontractors, clients, and internal QS and management team
