He whakamarama mo te turanga mahi | About the role This is your opportunity to join Watercare's fantastic infrastructure team! Working to deliver asset upgrades and renewals projects, you will be involved in some large scale work, where no two days will be the same!
The team has a culture of supporting each other with their high level of skills and expertise and you can draw on each other's knowledge and experience.
Reporting to the Manager, Construction Delivery, you will work alongside the construction management team to ensure strategy is able to be rolled out as planned, to successfully complete the phases of execution and closure.
Other key responsibilities will include:
Managing and contributing to the feasibility and design phases of assigned projects. Project deliverables follow Watercare's Project Management Framework. Working with stakeholders across the organisation including contractors and consultants. Nga pukenga e rapu nei matou | About you To be successful in this role you will bring a proven ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders and strong adaptable interpersonal, communication and business partnering skills.
Your skills will also include:
A Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent. A strong background in engineering and 5-10 years of project management experience. Strong analytical skills with high level of attention to detail.
