Their focus is on the day-to-day operations, coordination, and achievement of project objectives.Responsibilities:Planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.Ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.Communicating with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and team members.Managing client relationships, risks, quality control, and safety on-site.Reporting on project progress, performance, and issues.Manage project completion tasks, including warranties, as-built drawings, and final documentation.Interaction: Interaction with all project teams, clients, consultants, engineers, and any other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
