Since our inception in 2022 we've been building our delivery teams to meet our customers' forward build commitment over the coming years.
We're now at the final stages of completing recruitment for our teams and down to the last few newly created Project Management roles.
As a Project Manager at Connexa, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple site build and upgrade projects.
You will work closely with various stakeholders, including internal Property Acquisition Managers, Deployment Engineers, external build and maintenance partners, and customers, to ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of projects within budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities include: Oversee the construction and installation of mobile towers, adhering to relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline.
Liaise with internal & external stakeholders on project delivery.
Conduct site assessments and surveys to assess the feasibility of proposed projects.
Manage contracts and negotiate with contractors to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Monitor and control project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial objectives are met.
Provide regular project updates, highlighting any issues or risks that may impact project delivery.
Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, infrastructure, or similar.
The ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of project planning, budget management, and risk analysis.
Sound knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and their application in a construction environment.
High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Focus on continuous improvement and challenging the status quo – a desire to do things better, faster, and smarter.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
