If you're ready to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation, join us on this exciting journey!Role Overview:Lead one or more projects in our Enterprise and Transformation portfolios.Develop and manage project-related documents, including project plan, status reports, risks, issues, and decisions artefacts.Manage and report on project expenditure for timely and budget-conscious delivery.Execute robust change management plans, considering all business impacts.Facilitate engagement among stakeholders, internal resources, and partners for successful project delivery.Collaborate with the PM Practice to share best practices, identify opportunities, and uplift practice capabilities.Your Skills and Attributes:3-5 years of experience in delivering large-scale and transformation projectsFinancial, Pricing or Remediation project delivery experience is desirableInsurance background preferable but not mandatoryExperience with end-to-end project management lifecycle including planning, executing and reportingExpertise in delivery and change management methodologies, including Agile, Lean, and ADKARWorking knowledge of platforms such as Jira and ConfluenceStrong relationship-building, stakeholder management, prioritisation, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Why you'll love working with us:At AA Insurance, trust is what makes us who we are.
