He aha te tunga I About the role This is a one-of-a-kind role, specially created to oversee two projects with the overall purpose of improving the resilience and emergency preparedness of our isolated hapori across Mataatua. Working alongside the community, you would be tasked with facilitating wananga to ensure our whanau are well-equipped to respond to emergency situations. For this role we are looking for someone who has well-established relationships within our rohe and experience in managing concurrent projects. You will also need to have the following pukenga to be great in this role: Some experience with emergency response Engaging with whanau in our most remote areas, as well as local and regional agencies Ability to facilitate large hui with a wide range of people Strong reporting and data analysis.
