This vital role involves managing the replacement of specific three waters resource consents, including those related to wastewater systems for Whakatane and Edgecumbe, which are set to expire on 1 October 2026. You will play a crucial role in shaping a new approach to project management, working collaboratively with mana whenua and other key stakeholders to strategically think about wastewater management in the district. Your leadership will be essential in designing and implementing a process that successfully secures new resource consents in collaboration with mana whenua and other stakeholders.This is a 3-year fixed term or contract role.Join us in ensuring the sustainable management of our wastewater, and municipal water supply systems.Ko wai koe | About youYou will be a project management expert with a proven track record of delivering projects in compliance with the Resource Management Act and other statutory requirements.
