About the Role Based in Auckland CBD, this Banking and Finance team is a market leader in areas including debt capital markets, project finance, financial regulation, and corporate finance. The team advises on substantial bank funding, term securitisations, sustainability-linked borrowing, and are instrumental in national infrastructure projects.
The firm is expanding its Project Finance offering and seeks an intermediate solicitor eager to work on large-scale project finance matters. The role offers opportunities to engage with infrastructure, renewable energy, construction, and corporate finance projects.
