Lead and manage a current project portfolio worth over $100M across healthcare, airport, and industrial projects. Deliver projects on time and at high quality.Prepare programmes in consultation with PMsForecast, manage costs, and provide financial reportingDrive the construction programme and manage project performanceEnsure adherence to H&S and provide technical and contractual supportManage teams, mentor staff, and ensure documentation meets contractual and statutory requirementsManage quality and sub-contractorsRequires 15+ years of project management experience in the NZ market, delivering vertical projects over $50M. Strong understanding of construction techniques, programming, and reading plans. Excellent communication skills and ability to handle a fast-paced environment.Salary: $250k - $280k + vehicle
