About this role: As the Project Delivery Leader - New Zealand you will be responsible for providing overall leadership to achieve all the planned objectives for the Project Installation Business in NZ. This will cover Fire, HVAC and our Controls business. How you will do it: Strategic Planning : planning and deploying strategies to achieve sustainable business growth in tandem with overall corporation objectives and customer satisfaction objectives. Financial Excellence : lead the team to achieve excellence in operations and optimum profit. Customer Satisfaction : leverage customer feedback and relationships to align the Project delivery to their needs and satisfaction levels. Operational Excellence : develop and ensure compliance to business processes to enable effective and productive operations. Delivery sales and planning : strategise and lead Delivery/Systems sales to meet and exceed company's growth targets. Resource Planning : plan and ensure the adequacy of resources (manpower, tools etc) to enable the branch to meet planned objectives. What we look for : 10+ years' experience in a similar environment. Ideally Experience with Fire project - Wet, Dry and special hazards. HVAC or BMS exp not essential. Previous experience as a Project Manager/Leader or Sales/Operations Manager would be a preference but we are open to speaking with people wanting to step into this role. Focused, collaborative and passionate about the execution of projects, and thrives in complex environments. Strong leadership skills with an ability to influence team collaboration focused on outcomes. Excellent analytical / problem solving and interpersonal skills. Commercial contractual competence with a proven capability to mitigate and manage conflict to resolution. Advanced computer / MS Windows skills, to include software applications such as MS Projects, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc. If you are interested in this role, please click the .
