The Ministry of Youth Development (MYD) – Te Manatu Whakahiato Taiohi encourages and supports young people, aged between 12 and 24 years old, to develop and use knowledge, skills and experiences to participate confidently in their communities.
MYD is seeking an experienced, confident, and highly capable Project Coordinator to work in conjunction with the Project Manager Youth Parliament to lead and implement Youth Parliament 2025.

We're looking for you to have comprehensive talents in:
Event and Operational management; ideally within the public service arena.
Relationships and engagement; your ability to engage, influence and collaborate with young people, key stakeholders and senior leaders is crucial.

Ministerial briefings; proven experience at writing and delivering concise complex information.
We're seeking a proven Project Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our work in this exciting area. As you will be providing high quality advice to the Project Manager Youth Parliament and senior stakeholders across Government a working understanding of Parliamentary procedures and processes would be an advantage.
