Reporting to the Workforce Support and Coordination Lead will work closely with the Group Manager Strategic Workforce and Workforce Leads on developing and implementing workforce changing initiatives that lead to the development of a flexible future health workforce. This includes working across programmes taking an interprofessional approach to workforce development. There are many opportunities to use your honed project coordinator skills and start to move into development areas of project management and advisory work.
