This is mahi that will improve the health and well-being of everyone in Aotearoa, and we've got an opportunity for you to be part of it… Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity The Project Coordinator is an important role supporting the mahi of the Strategic Workforce team to delivery on New Zealand's health workforce plan. Reporting to the Workforce Support and Coordination Lead will work closely with the Group Manager Strategic Workforce and Workforce Leads on developing and implementing workforce changing initiatives that lead to the development of a flexible future health workforce. This includes working across programmes taking an interprofessional approach to workforce development. There are many opportunities to use your honed project coordinator skills and start to move into development areas of project management and advisory work. This is an exciting time to join the team and work with passionate health professionals to deliver tangible workforce change. Nga pukenga me nga wheako | Skills and experience * Proven capability in administration and / or a willingness to grow skills in administration of government projects * Prior experience supporting and coordinating change initiatives or service improvement programmes * A keenness to learn and develop skills across a range of areas and subject matter relating to health workforce * Solid writing skills, including how to present advice simply and coherently.
