No weekend work required, and time in lieu is provided for any extended hours.The Role: As a Project Coordinator, you will provide vital support to the Project Management team in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
Project Support: Assist in delivering end-to-end project services, including site surveys and installation management.Communication: Maintain consistent communication with internal teams, nationwide contractors, and client teams to ensure smooth project execution.Administrative Tasks: Perform MYOB data entry, maintain records, and handle general admin duties.Documentation: Manage invoicing, compile project completion documents, and maintain Health & Safety records.About You: A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and flexibility is essential for success in this role. Relevant Experience: 2+ years in an office role such as Sales Support or Coordinator, within manufacturing, display, signage or print.Communication Skills: Confident and professional verbal and written communication. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with high-level Excel competence. The ability top read building plans would be advantageous.Attention to Detail: Strong numeracy skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Industry Interest: A qualification or interest in Marketing, Commercial Design, Communications, or Business would be advantageous.Please note: A close-down period applies over Christmas/New Year (23 Dec – returning 13 Jan).
