You will be accountable for supporting the Project Manager with high-quality, timely and efficient project coordination support.
This will include activities such as:
issues and risk management drafting and maintaining project status reports and documentation organising meetings and taking minutes onboarding new team members handling procurement and finance queries managing monthly financial accruals We understand transferable skills can come from experience gained from outside of work.

A proven track record of 2+ years in a project coordination role across a range of projects Your familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile project delivery approaches Examples of your experience working with managers and people at all levels of an organisation Information about your knowledge and experience, or desire to learn and build knowledge and experience of Te Tiriti, Tikanga, Te Reo and Te Ao Maori, and engagement with Maori. Examples of where you've demonstrated or encouraged diversity and inclusion in and/or outside of work.
