Project Coordinator

Our client is seeking an experienced project coordinator to provide essential support across various projects in the Wellington region.
This position is starting immediately and is a minimum of 3 months with potential to turn into a permanent role for the right person.Working closely with project managers and stakeholders, you'll play a vital role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project activities, schedules, and resources to ensure deadlines are met.Track progress, update project documentation, and report on milestones.Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any project concerns.Identify potential risks or delays and propose solutions.Maintain project management tools and systems for efficient tracking.We are seeking a proactive and adaptable individual with the following skills and attributes:Previous experience in project coordination or a related role.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management tools.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.A positive attitude and a solution-focused mindset.All applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment Ministry of Justice check and provide two relevant work references.Please apply now with your latest CV or contact Mary at ******.
