Project Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their Technology Services Business Management team. This role will be instrumental in providing comprehensive support to the leadership team, facilitating seamless coordination across teams, and collaborating with internal functional teams across the department. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values inclusivity, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do: Support for Agile Release Train Leadership teamCoordination across scrum and product teamsCoordination with internal functional teams for procurement and related financial activitiesSupport collaboration with internal Technology Services teams to ensure smooth deployment, integration and maintenance of software tools and platforms used by Agile teamsFacilitate communication and information sharing between the Agile Release Train and internal functional teamsCoordinate administrative tasks and resources as needed to support events and activitiesWhat you bring: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExceptional organisational skills and attention to detailProficiency in project management tools and software such as ADO, JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Project is desirableProactive and adaptable mindsetTertiary qualification in business administration, project management, or a related field2+ years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in an Agile or technology environmentWhat sets this company apart: Our client is committed to creating an inclusive work environment that values diversity and fosters collaboration.
