Project Coordinator

If you love tech or working in a creative agency, this might be the role for you! This is permanent, full time position (40 hours per week). Based at our offices in Northcote, Auckland. Roles and Responsiblites  Coordinate the printing and display of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) across retail stores.Meet with clients and stakeholders for the management of projects.Support the delivery and execution of different event activations and campaigns.Organise logistics and operations including managing 3rd party costs.Assist with finance budgeting, invoicing and reporting. Qualifications and Experience Terrtiary level qualifcation in project management (or equivelant).2-3 years in project coordination.Creative agency expereince preferred. Strong communication, written and verbal.Competent using Microsoft Office.
