This is a highly innovative industry with significant backing from the JV Partners and one of the rare opportunities to shape this new role and build a legacy to ensure long-term success.We are looking for self-starters who are enthusiastic to work in a greenfield environment.About Your New RoleReporting to the IT Program Manager under the IT Program Lead and Tech Lead, we need a proven Project Coordinator to join the team, ideally someone who has previous experience in greenfield programs.You will be responsible for providing support and advice to the Program Lead and Project Managers with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information. The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the Project Team is providing timely support to its customers, both within the business and externally.Key tasks include:Maintain and monitor documentation necessary for the programOrganise and attend project-related meetingsDocumentation and follow-up on important actions and decisions from meetingsEnsure project deadlines are met by managing action follow-up and maintaining action registersAssist in processing formatting, collating and preparing documentation for submission to key stakeholdersProvide advanced support for the team in the use of templates used for consistent presentation of informationEstablish and maintain a project records systemManage and track the administrative aspects of consultant and contractor engagementHelp build and shape a great work culture in an ambitious teamAbout YouRelevant qualifications or equivalent or relevant knowledge and competence gained through experienceMust be a self-starter and enthusiastic to work in a greenfield, brand-new team.
