Project Coordinator

One of the largest NZ organizations is expanding and requires a dedicated and experienced Construction Coordinator to assist in the success of various exciting projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensuring all project requirements are satisfactorily managed
Contract administration
Supporting the Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict time quality and budget constraints
Upholding mutual benefit philosophy at all times
Coordinating the efforts of internal teams, management, third-party contractors, and consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan

Minimum Requirements:

3-5 Years Commercial Project Coordinator Experience
Local Construction knowledge and experience
Ability to work in high-pressure environments
